Betsy’s no-bake Mud Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter

  • One box “Famous Chocolate wafers”

  • 1.5 quarts coffee ice cream

  • Outrageous Fudge Sauce

Directions

  • Melt one stick of butter (yes, the entire thing)

  • Chop chocolate wafers in food processor until fine

  • Mix butter and chopped wafers and line pie plate with them. Place in freezer for 30 minutes

  • Allow coffee ice cream to soften (to make it easier to spread)

  • Scoop ice cream into pie shell and freeze

  • Before serving, drizzle top with Francine’s Outrageous Fudge Sauce

  • Pass warm Outrageous Fudge Sauce as an accompaniment to each slice. Enjoy!
