Betsy’s no-bake Mud Pie
Ingredients
1 cup of butter
One box “Famous Chocolate wafers”
1.5 quarts coffee ice cream
Outrageous Fudge Sauce
Directions
Melt one stick of butter (yes, the entire thing)
Chop chocolate wafers in food processor until fine
Mix butter and chopped wafers and line pie plate with them. Place in freezer for 30 minutes
Allow coffee ice cream to soften (to make it easier to spread)
Scoop ice cream into pie shell and freeze
Before serving, drizzle top with Francine’s Outrageous Fudge Sauce
Pass warm Outrageous Fudge Sauce as an accompaniment to each slice. Enjoy!
