My new Outrageous Raspberry Coulis® captures summer in a jar!

The season for raspberries, like summer itself, is fleeting. To capture the perfect balance of sweet and tart, my Outrageous Raspberry Coulis® is cooked in small batches to create a luscious raspberry puree containing only other pure ingredients like fresh lemon juice, to enhance it’s bright clean taste, and a fine French Eau de Vie, to give it a sophisticated polish.

The Coulis is then carefully strained to produce a velvety sauce that’s the star of drinks like The French Martini and desserts that’ll make you famous! Raspberry sauce is the perfect accompaniment to all things chocolate, vanilla, lemon, banana, cream, etc. - you get the idea.

And just like my other Outrageous Sauces, it’s GMO and gluten-free, with no artificial flavors, colors, trans-fats or preservatives. It has nothing you wouldn’t want to eat and everything you would!
